Dream Job

Many people say that I am the lucky one, because I know what dream job is. Today I would like to find out dream job key factors.

I would like to share with you my thoughts and experience and I hope they will be topical and actual for you.

Dream job has to bring you maximum satisfaction – that’s the main aspect, of course. The process itself or the results are not that important, your job has to bring you positive emotions always. If you still don’t get any satisfaction from your job or the results, ask yourself why you are doing this. Besides the money, of course.

The second aspect of dream job is the team.  It is well-known that the quality of team work depends on relationship between the team members and common will and desire to win. It is very nice to work with diversity of talented people with different point of view.  It is always interesting and fun to get together not only during working time, but off work as well, because you always can learn something new and amazing day by day. Saying this, I would like to mention KommandCore as we have multinational, multiconfessional  and very talented team, this is just great!

The third aspect is having a perspective for the future and interesting tasks.  Here I would like to point on personal growth and development. When you have new and challenging tasks and you are ready to solve them, it makes you happy and satisfied, haven’t it?

The forth aspect is the financial one, of course.  And for lots of people this aspect is the most important one, anyway you slice it. All of us need to eat and spend our vacations in some nice goldensand bluewater places. Everything depends on your ambitions here, you should get enough money for what you are doing. There shouldn’t be a lot of money, shouldn’t be a lack of money, it should be perfectly enough. And that’s how you stop thinking about the money aspect and starting fully dedicate yourself to your dream job.

To make a conclusion, I would like to share some statistics with you. Every week an average person spends 40 hours working, there is 168 hours in a week. Let’s say an average person sleeps 7 hours per night that means we sleep about 49 hours a week.  So 119 hours per week we are doing something else and one third of this something else is our work. To be honest with you, I wouldn’t spend one third of my life in stress. I want to enjoy every moment of my life, I want to be happy with my job and people around me. So, are you coming with me?
