Positive Communication

Communication with potential clients or existing ones is not an easy task. When I was working in hospitality business everything was more than obvious: you have to smile and have a good posture, leave your problems at  home and think only about pleasing the client and that how you get tips and positive comments and the same clients coming back to you and recommending you to others.
But what about communication with the client online?

What are the main keys to keep up good and positive work flow and communication process?
Working as a client support specialist I can tell that it’s not simple at all. Client always feels  the way you approaching him/her even though he doesn’t see you.

I netsurfed a little bit and found out several most important moments of communication with the client.
First of all, you have to be confident in what you are telling to the client, and what he expects from you, make him/her feel - you are professional. And pay attention to details of course, let him see the clear picture. This is how you build trust between you and your client. One important thing that can always help is live communication - it’s always good to chat and to solve coming situations instantly.
And stay positive of course, treat a client as you would like to be treated if you were a client. Exceed his expectations. One more important thing is not to loose a client, even he is not ready to use your services at this time. Try to follow up with him and ask how he is doing, if he found good solution for his business and that you are always ready to help him out if needed. But don’t be too possessive, keep it easy positive.

Project Management tools are really helpful with this, you can easily track and follow up and do everything on time, of course. And time is....? Time is precious. Time is everything. So keep up good and positive work, fellows!
