On the other hand, it’s possible not to think on it, or deliberately forget about it as well. There are a plenty of existing communication channels, which are already driven to us, as to a universal, global network of the all-mankind communications...
PMP certificate is an excellent chance to codify all the experience you have in the project management field. It’s true. But. It gives no guarantees of your stable professional life in future. And it’s extremely far away (in our opinion) of being the last point in your development and to be the limit of your aspirations. To obtain the certificate is not easy. Justify its presence for yourself – is unremitting toil.
It’s possible to move by the Way, being at work or in the family. This movement can even affect and permeate all aspects of our lives. In any case, there is a place for reciprocal influence between us and our environment. We were, are and will be existing and working with people as well as they were, are and will be existing and working with us.
What is this? Fate, doom, predestination?.. Or rather – quite on the contrary…

All man’s life is a calm train or rapid mixture (as one likes) of different projects. It’s not just a work, but life. Something influences us and we influence something. Or, for all that, is any “something”, first of all, the result of people’s actions, and not just circumstances juncture independent of people? Effective communication is an indispensable result for network-centric structure of the project by LMP method.
Methodology of «Lively management of projects» is based on systems approach, implying the systems theory usage in project management. A project is regarded as a set (hierarchy) of all project participants and relations between them, consequently project management – as initiation and realization of purposeful managerial influences on all project participants and stakeholders to get project goals attained.
It turns out too often that in practice outstanding works in business come as logic result of strategic thinking and planning. But how to motivate yourself and your project team here in the way to achieve the clear and concrete goals? Maybe, one should paint oneself into a corner, and only after – start the project?
