It’s possible to move by the Way, being at work or in the family. This movement can even affect and permeate all aspects of our lives. In any case, there is a place for reciprocal influence between us and our environment. We were, are and will be existing and working with people as well as they were, are and will be existing and working with us.
What is this? Fate, doom, predestination?.. Or rather – quite on the contrary…
Let’s keep talking on our little joint attempt and continue our imaginative travel through the Ethnopark – the museum of accessible and live history. Let’s try «to drop in for tea» to our ancestors, who created by their own hands the usual life they lived within, thousands and thousands years ago. That life that we call the history today.
We move for a long time. Or stay long, thinking that we move. Or we don’t even reflect on if we stay walking by the life, or move in a purposive direction. And there is every likelihood that we don’t think by the very reason of missing or passing by the Ways, going round, avoiding and escaping them, instead of going straight. With no blaring about it, we move slowly by wild and blind paths and pathlets. NOT Ways.
But why do we avoid the Ways?
High precipitous bank of the Volga running beyond the horizon from the one side, and dense coniferous forest with its dark sparkling needle playing on the dawning sun from the other, and wide unmown meadow and rich grass covered with drops of dew on the third side. It is possible to keep this harmony by placing the Ethopark on the fourth side.
All man’s life is a calm train or rapid mixture (as one likes) of different projects. It’s not just a work, but life. Something influences us and we influence something. Or, for all that, is any “something”, first of all, the result of people’s actions, and not just circumstances juncture independent of people? We influence people through changing something in our day-to-day life. But what do we manage working in the project?

What if the final goal of the project you’re carrying out is designing of the new cell phone model? At the same time, you need to use a machine as compulsory toll, which makes yield of wooden bricks with coffee cup sizes, and with the obligatory condition of full absence of verbal communication with other project participants. Is it absolutely unreal situation? Or?

Methodology of «Lively management of projects» is based on systems approach, implying the systems theory usage in project management. A project is regarded as a set (hierarchy) of all project participants and relations between them, consequently project management – as initiation and realization of purposeful managerial influences on all project participants and stakeholders to get project goals attained.
