Easy, short-spoken, organic and beautiful things often go hand in hand with each other. And it’s possible to make the world around more beautiful and more organic, even by creating a simple text document. We came to this point, and decided to carry out these training courses at our company. In our opinion something accessible and useful did come out in result.
Any scheme is vulgar here, but it lets to facilitate the life for our understanding. So does the “Commander formula”: it lets to describe – easily and laconically as well as broadly – the very core of a successful commander and in general – any effective manager.
